Primary Programs

We have a wide range of programs designed to inspire, engage and empower primary school students. Our programs feature topics ranging from design to technology, aviation, entrepreneurship, innovation and more. These programs have all been run with primary school students in classrooms around the world and are now online for your learners to try for themselves. 

BOP Live Classes

Our BOP Live Classes will see students from around the world joining our online workshops to innovate, create and design together.

BOP Digital Workbooks

Our BOP Digital Workbooks are available for students to download and work through digital copies of our favourite programs.  

Community Leadership

These programs and resources have been designed to show primary students the exciting opportunities open to them and how they can make a difference in their communities at a young age.

Each and every unit has been run with students in the classroom and aims to engage students in their learning as they build their skills.

Every challenge has been designed to prepare students for the workforce of the future by developing a series of 21st-century skills as they work.

Junior Future Of Aviation

7th April | 8:30am - 11:30am

Our Junior Future Of Aviation online class will see primary students working to tackle some of the challenges that we will see emerging in the next 100 years of flying. From exploring low orbit space travel, to future airport design, sustainability and more, this session will see students innovating, creating and designing to build the future of aviation.

Junior Community Leaders

8th April | 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Our Junior Community Leaders online class will see students learning how they can build solutions to some of the challenges facing their communities.

 

Building skills in design thinking, students will be learning to empathise with community members, collaborate, brainstorm and develop to develop their solutions.

9th April | 8:30am - 11:30am

Our Classroom Creators online class will see students learning how they can redesign an area around their school to be a better place to learn, play and spend time.

 

In this session students will be learning about new and emerging technologies, space design and design thinking to redesign their school space.

Junior Sustainable Cities 

11th April | 8:30am - 11:30am

Our Junior Sustainable Cities online class will see students learning about topics such as green spaces in cities, renewable energies, vertical gardens and indoor farms in our buildings. Students will be looking at eco-friendly design as they redesign buildings and other parts of their cities to be clean, green and carbon neutral.

14th April | 8:30am - 11:30am

Our Junior Airline Builders online class has been designed to show primary students how they can design and build their own airline. Looking at everything from fleet and network management to flight attendant uniform design, aircraft design and more, students will spend their class looking at everything to do with planes, airlines and aviation.

Our Junior Business Builders online class aims to show students how they can build and launch their own business over their holidays.

 

Students will be identifying problems, building solutions and building their own businesses in a fun and hands on environment with a focus on real world learning.

Our Junior Future Of Transport online class will see students innovating and creating to design the future of how we move. From looking at autonomous vehicles to ride share, eco solutions, smart cities and more, our Junior Future Of Transport class has been designed to extend students’ thinking when it comes to transportation now and into the future.

Future

18th April | 8:30am - 11:30am

Our City Of The Future online class will see students looking at how we use technology to make our lives easier, more efficient and more enjoyable in our cities. In this session we will be working on challenges to look at how technology is used in our cities, and we can use innovations from around the world to design our connected cities of the future.

BOP Workbooks

 

Our BOP Workbooks have been designed to give primary school students around the world the opportunity to work with some of our favourite programs as they build their 21st-century skills. With new programs added every month and topics ranging from space design to sustainability, we've got something for all learners. 

Designed Spaces

Primary + High School Program

Our Designed Spaces program has been designed to get students thinking about the spaces they use in their everyday lives and how these spaces have changed over time. Students will be learning about a range of topics from connected devices to sustainability, end-users, design thinking and more as they are challenged to redesign a problematic space around their home or their school.

Sustainable Cities

Primary + High School Program

With an increase in technology in our cities, it’s important that we also incorporate sustainable practices to all we do as we focus to lead carbon neutral lives. The ‘Sustainability In Our Cities’ program will see students focusing on topics such as green spaces in cities, renewable energies, vertical gardens and indoor farms in our CBDs. Students will be looking at green design as they redesign buildings and other parts of the CBD to be clean, green and carbon neutral. 

Community Leaders

Primary School Program

Students completing our Community Leaders program will be learning how to be responsible community leaders as they work to develop products and initiatives to support the local community groups in their city. In this program students will be identifying issues they see around their city and building their skills to allow them to develop a product or service using a design-thinking framework.
