Whether it’s a robot that delivers groceries to the elderly, or a bin that gives you a round of applause when you put rubbish in it, our community leaders program has been designed to show students how they can make a difference in their community in some fun and creative ways.
In this session, students will be working with our passionate and energetic facilitators to connect and collaborate as they identify some challenges in their local community, before then thinking big to see how they can solve these challenges in fun and creative ways.
Students will be looking around the world to see what other countries are doing to get more people eating fruit and vegetables, using the stairs as opposed to the escalator and even recycling properly. They will be taking inspiration from these quirky innovations as they create their own for their local community.
