Our communities are spending more time than ever before inside and quite often on our devices. Due to this we have seen record numbers of app downloads and screen usage and we’re seeing new apps being released every day to help keep us connected, entertained and safe as we stay safe and keep smiling.

Our Digital Innovators session has been designed to get primary school students learning, brainstorming and designing to create the next hit app set to take the world by storm! In this session, students will be learning about app design by analysing their favourite apps to see why they are so popular. From there they will be using an app design framework to map out and pitch their app idea using a design thinking framework. This is a fun and hands on session for students with a passion for making a difference and an interest in technology. There is no coding required for this workshop.
